Order Processing

Time At Atienzo Handmade Pet Accessories, every item is carefully handcrafted to order by our master artisans. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your leather collar to be crafted, inspected, and packaged before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders from El Paso, Texas, via USPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. International orders are shipped via USPS International services. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7 to 21 business days. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied by their country's border agencies. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS) and scanned, Atienzo Handmade Pet Accessories is no longer liable for the transit process. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
