Handmade and Natural Materials Disclaimer
All our pet collars and accessories are individually handcrafted using genuine leather. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, texture, thickness, and tooling are normal and expected. These unique characteristics are a sign of authenticity and do not constitute a defect. Over time, leather will naturally age, darken, or soften, which is part of the material's normal wear process.
Sizing and Fit Responsibility
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to accurately measure their pet’s neck before placing an order. We provide sizing guidelines on our product pages. Atienzo Handmade Pet Accessories is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Product Safety and Liability
Our collars are designed for everyday wear and style. However, no pet accessory is indestructible. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect the collar, buckles, and hardware for signs of wear and tear. Atienzo Handmade Pet Accessories is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental injuries, damages, or losses to you or your pet resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Never use our fashion or standard walking collars for heavy tie-outs.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. State and local sales taxes (such as Texas state tax) will be applied at checkout where legally required.
Shipping and Customs
We ship domestically and internationally. Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier (e.g., USPS), Atienzo Handmade Pet Accessories is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or transit times. For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their respective country's border agencies.
